Certification Scholarships

Keith and Wink strongly believe every interpreter needs to have a valid certification. This proves you have been measured, and have accountability within the field they cherish. They know that interpreters not only interpret for their parents, but for friends, and extended family. This belief also extends to CODAs. Keith and Wink being CODAs themselves, stress the need for certification to every CODA they meet. Currently we are looking into providing scholarships for both the written and performance portion of the National Interpreter Certification (NIC) provided by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, Inc (www.RID.org) We are developing guidelines now. We have the funds needed to support this scholarship and information will be released soon.
